Custom design & styling direction to intentionally shape the look, feel, and overall experience of your wedding day
Strategic vendor sourcing & management, including curated recommendations, communication, meetings, and booking support
Comprehensive logistics & timeline creation, paired with access to our planning platform for organizing vendors, design details, guest lists, and key milestones
Full wedding weekend execution, including rehearsal direction, unlimited wedding day coordination, and an experienced on-site team managing vendors, décor, and details

The Process:

Step 1: Let's Chat We'll start with a consultation call to get to know each other, talk through your vision, priorities, and what matters most to you. This is all about making sure we're a great fit, and getting excited about what's ahead!

Step 2: Vision & Vibes Once you're booked, we'll dive into the creative direction of your day. We'll build a custom mood board, set your budget, and map out a planning timeline that keeps things organized (and fun).

Step 3: Planning & Building the Team With your vision in mind, we'll recommend and assist with booking your dream vendor team, attend key meetings, and manage all the details in between. We'll stay in touch with monthly check-ins and ongoing support via meetings, texts, and calls.

Step 4: Final Details As the day gets closer, we'll finalize your wedding day timeline, confirm every vendor, visit the venue, and direct your ceremony rehearsal so everyone's on the same page.

Step 5: Wedding Day Magic Our full team of experienced coordinators will be there to manage the day from start to finish, handling vendors, setting up, keeping things on time, passing out tips, solving last-minute hiccups, and making sure it's everything you imagined (and more).

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

Starting at $2200

Professional coordination starting 8 weeks before your wedding day to ensure flawless execution.

What’s included:

Support beginning 8 weeks out, stepping in to organize final details and ensure everything is aligned leading into your wedding day
Custom timeline & layout creation to thoughtfully plan the flow of your day and bring all logistics together
Vendor coordination & communication, serving as the main point of contact before and on the wedding day
Rehearsal direction & wedding day execution, with an experienced team on-site to manage timing, décor, and transitions
Hands-on wedding day coordination, including setup support, vendor management, and calm problem-solving behind the scenes

This package is ideal if you’ve planned your wedding but want a professional to step in, organize the final details, and confidently manage the day, so you can relax, let go, and be fully present for every moment.

The Process:

1. Let's Chat We'll start with a consultation call to hear all about your plans, where you're at, and how we can best support you.

2. Onboarding + Timeline Building About 8 weeks before your wedding, we'll jump in to create your detailed wedding day timeline and layout based on your plans and vendor info, as well as gather all of the details you've planned thus far.

3. Final Details + Vendor Communication We'll connect with all your vendors to confirm details and act as their main point of contact moving forward. You can relax knowing it's all handled.

4. Rehearsal Day We'll run your one-hour ceremony rehearsal the day before so everyone knows their role and timing.

5. Wedding Day Management Our team will be on-site for up to 15 hours managing setup, teardown, timeline execution, vendor coordination, and all the little details so you can fully enjoy your day.
